Balance & Energy for the Creative Minded
Looking for a way to bring balance to your creative life? Being a creative, entrepreneur, freelancer, or all of the above can be a challenge. While creativity can feed us, it can also be draining when we do not spend enough time listening to ourselves in order to work more efficiently. Establishing a self-structure that allows you to find balance in the creative world is something that takes time and consideration. As your workshop facilitator and integrated lifestylist, I will educate and provide useful tools for conserving time, energy and resources.
This is a workshop on goal, time and stress management, supportive tools that are mindful in thought, energy and food will be the topics of discussion. There will also be a short meditation and posture component as well.
- Finding Balance in self
- Reducing stress and maintaining energy for creative work
- Finding nourishment: understanding primary and secondary foods that feed you
