This class is for advanced iPhoneographers interested in learning how to create double exposures, add text to photos, and use apps like VSCO and Filterstorm to make your photos really pop.

In this class we will:

  • Experiment with apps like: ProCamera, Filterstorm, Hipstamatic, DXP, AfterGlow, Phonto, Lumie, PicStitch, Over & Wood Camera
  • Learn advanced iPhoneography skills like exposure, composition, portraits, and processing photos in multiple apps
  • Have a photo challenge

Before You Come to Class and What to Expect

Class attendees will have a blast as they challenge themselves with new apps and processes for their iPhoneography.

  • Your phone should be fully charged before you arrive. There are spots in the room to plug in chargers, so bring one along if you’re worried about running out of battery
  • Apps that we will be messing around with are: ProCamera, Filterstorm, VSCO, DXP (free version is fine), and AfterGlow, PicStitch, Phonto, Lumie, Over, WoodCamera, Wood Camera & Hipstamatic, so please have at least 5 of these installed before you arrive.

About the Instructor
Sarah Deragon is a natural light portrait photographer based in San Francisco. She specializes in not-so-corporate headshots, family photo sessions, and professional online dating headshots. She has been featured on Daily Candy, and her work has been featured in numerous magazines, book jackets, and company websites.
