KINDRED Holiday Market
KINDRED is a small but mighty pop up shop happening on December 15th and 16th. A project by Lynn Russell of Satsuma Press and Teresa Robinson of Stone & Honey, KINDRED will offer the work of over a dozen makers from across the US and Canada. After many years of navigating overwhelmingly big holiday markets, both as shoppers and as vendors, Lynn and Teresa wanted to create a well-edited, small-scale event that would bring together a select group of makers and those who appreciate their work.
With a focus on craft rather than “crafty”, KINDRED is a collection of lovely things that go really well together, made by people who work with their hands, from their hearts. It’s a pitch perfect compilation of kindred makers: different but complementary, with a shared aesthetic and a belief in fine craftsmanship no matter the medium.
